I would like to say bad bad service, extremely bad, tell me if you missed a debit order, and you pay it yourself on the app, but they still dedicate from your account, I mean don't you get a notification telling you we have paid, still you take money, then you refuse to di refund, telling me it will go on to next month 😅but that money was for other debit orders, no man am not happy then you get to talk to people over the phone that can't do there jobs right 🥴that's why people go more to vodacom, they help you when they are wrong not tell you they can't.
