Mtn don't know what they are doing they must close shop seriously

Mtn is the worst service provider I have ever had to deal with in my life their turn around time is bad, I upgraded my account in October till today they have not allocated the correct amount of data to my number and they keep telling me they are investigating Investing what exactly I'm not getting a proper answer
