MTN don't give a damn!!!

A month ago i redeemed R50 worth of Yellobucks to get a Burger King voucher. the wicode never arrived so I sent an email to MTM. Despite numerous emails (20?) to MTN customer and their rewards company since then, all that I get is that they are escalating it. This is the second time I lost out with their rewards compony and I eventually left it. It seems as if MTN don't give a damn and their rewards company may as well close down.
