Mtn don't do proper investigation before giving ppl contracts

Someone has *****ulently opened an account using my id with changed photo on the green ID and was told it would take 21 working days for it to be resolved and to-date I am still waiting after 26working days Nd still counting .basically my life is on hold because if mtn 's negligence and doing their work with due diligence.
