MTN - don't Care

MTN - one of the worst communication companies out there!. I have canceled my contract and after making payment of the cancelation fee I received a statement indicating an overpayment was made. This information was received in February however after numerous calls and emails back and fourth to date the refund has not been actioned - 2 months and counting.. MTN's complaints department whose system generated response clearly indicates they will come back to you in 48hours are still processing my request with no feedback on how to resolve this issue - Has time froze since I sent the email?! I sincerely hope my experience with this network will deter others from using them in the future, check the ratings of this network there are more negative reviews that good ones. There is clearly something missing from this service provider and that is CARE!
