MTN don’t care attitude

I have been engaging MTN for over 8 weeks with respect to call forwarding. I have had my number for over 25 years and a simple - settings - calls - call forward and insert the number to forward to. When I do this my calls go to voicemail. It gets better, MTN tell me to dial **65* and number to divert to and #! When I do that and call my number my phone rings. I keep having to deal with the same lady who has gone beyond in trying to help but she is a call agent. Is it time to port to VODACOM! Obviously companies with 5-10 lines are not important to MTN. Sad I could not type without putting 1 star as they deserve minus 5 stars. Pathetic for something as call forward
