MTN don't care about their customers.

Since my last communication to you, on 29 July 20 I was contacted by Amanda from MTN rewards and she promised to follow up on my case and she will give me feedback before the end of that day or latest tomorrow morning. Until today I have never received a call or even an SMS form MTN rewards. I tried to follow-up a week later without any success.
