MTN don't care about their clients..

Mtn are *****ing money from me since june, deducting a so called promo service fee (for a device) that I don't have..

They logged 3 queries already and nothing has been resolved since...

Can someone give me any advice how to terminate this contract?

Im fed up with this sloppy service taking my money and not willing to resolve this issue what so ever!
