MTN don't care about customers

My parents are on a farm just outside Parys, and have Mtn contracts as they are the only service coverage in that area. I have phoned and complained numerous times with MTN coverage department.... they have NO signal at all. No one can get hold of them and they cannot make any phone calls or send messages out... I phoned on the 10/12/19 again, spoke to Tani Ref ***, to comminicate to them as to what the solution will be. Not one respone to either of us and still no signal. I phoned again this morning 27/12/19 apparently they went out to the signal tower, theres signal so they closed the request???!!!! Without trying to find out if the problem as been resolved!! Now they will or can only send out someone to look at the signal booster box in Jan 2020, this is totally unacceptable. We all no how dangerous it is to not be able to have access to the outside world!!! So why pay every mont for all these contracts ( there's a few people on the farm) and have no use of it and then keep getting ****ty stories!?

Surely MTN can do better This will be spread all around, so people can see just how much MTN care ( about the money they're getting every month ONLY)
