MTN don't care.

Tis review is specific for MTN business and MTN Online upgrading and Includes DSV couriers. As a sucker for punishment I have been trying for 3 weeks to upgrade my MTN line (1 of 7) I ended up sending email to MTN business, all MTN complaint lines, All MTN emails I can find but still no LUCK. MTN Just ignores, never responds, keep on lying to me and still I did not receive my phone that I was suppose to get yesterday. The last 4 upgrades with MTN was the worst business experience I have EVER had (and it is done online). The last operator that tried to help was Bonisile Mkhwa**** and even she could not get it right.
