MTN don't care

Wish one could give less than 1* We've had no service for almost a week now, and contacting their "coverage team" is a joke, you get an answer, but beyond that nothing. Asked on twitter, got an answer that they checked, and it was an electrical issue, and the power is back on, and there is coverage, Called out the BS on the twitter answer, as there wasn't power, loadshedding, and no service. Got an answer from someone else, and they say they never received an answer, so so whoever answered on twitter was lying and making up stories. Contacted them today again, and so far radio silence from them. Seems they don't care about their customers, and their customer's livelihood since you can't work if there's no signal
