MTN - Dont bother paying them, they will list you even when you owe them nothing

My contract ended and I paid up the account. MTN has had me listed with the credit Bureau as having an account in arrears. When i called MTN i was asked to call MBD who called and they confirmed I owe nothing. I want my records updated immediately . Its disgusting that MTN messes with peoples credit ratings. If I had not app**** for a bond i would not have even known.
