MTN - Don't Bother, Our Systems Never Work

Firstly, the behavior of your customer care consultants is disgusting. After a lengthy battle with your *********** in store staff, i have finally upgraded my cellphone. Now, the battle is that on the MTN app, it states that i owe an absurd amount of money and i cannot access my bill for some unknown reason. This is a matter of urgency as my debit order is expected to go off tomorrow (25/03/2020). When I try to phone the MTN customer care number, I am told that the systems cannot allow them to see my bill. I am so sick of the incompetence of MTN! Please contact me urgently to rectify your incompetence and lack of customer service.
