MTN Don't assist their client

MTN please help me to get this problem resolved! I am up and down with call in and out of MTN store at Langenberg Mall and I just can't get sorted as client. My phone got ****** and the IMEI number pulls through as a Nokia and not a Samsung and now my insurance don't want to pay me out. Insurance company momentum says this must be corrected on MTN system. please assist this is the worst services I have ever received for the last month and a half MTN can't assist me????? please advise and make contact with me ASAP.
