MTN DON'T WANT TO CANCEL CONTRACT
Had contract with MTN that expired in Dec 2015, on the 30th Nov 2015 I called them and spoke to Zikhona (808) at 16:20 to cancel contract as we are told to cancel a month in advance, was told cancellation will take place in 30 days and they will debit in Jan 2016, I asked why as I cancelled other MTN contract in Dec 2014 and was done immediately without any problems. Was told it's a new policy introduced in May 2015.Told her to mail me that new policy as was not advised by MTN, Was placed on hold after few minutes came back and advised spoke to her supervisor ***nor Petersen and she/he Is drafting an e-mail with the copy of the policy and will e-mail it to me, but never received it till today, ref no: ***. In early Feb 2016 called again as received an SMS saying they will debit my account with R606, on the 15th Feb -spoke to Thabisa Zaza who advised me on the system it's stated that was advised to call on the 23rd Dec after my contract has expired and nowhere stated that contract had to be cancelled, advised will draft an e-mail and sent it to their back office for reversal of one amount but will still be liable to pay R338, I said don't have a problem will make a payment for
