MTN don't do what they say!!

<p>On 12 November 2016 I went to MTN N1 City to cancel my contract that would expire end of December 2016. All good and well contract canceled and they informed me the last debit will be 1st December 2016. In January 2017... guess what... debit goes off again!!! Went back to MTN N1 City and they "sorted it out" and would refund me. Today (2 Febuary 2017) depit whent off again!! *** MTN??? Get your **** in order and give me my refund!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>Extremely unhappy person.</p>
