MTN don't answer call centre e-mails or telephone
My cell contract is coming to an end this week so as these contracts go you have to cancel them otherwise MTN will keep charging you till the end of time. I have send e-mails to the help desk on different e-mail addresses. I have even logged queries on my Service Provider account portal. I called them today after an hour listening to the **** whistle because no one is picking up, i am fed up and if there was any doubt if i should renew it is gone. This is such bad service it makes you sick.
