MTN doing their customers wrong!!!!!!!

I have the worst experience with MTN, I have been using their HOME WIFI, and it is a disaster since 2024 Desember. I have been trying to get help from them since January 2025. Every time there is a new excuse, the tower is not working, they will have to reset my wifi, the latest was that I need a Yagi antenna to be installed at my location according to their findings. The antenna has been installed and still the problem occurred. The guy installing the antenna told me I have to phone MTN and ask about my upload and download speed. So I did phone them, they told me that my package is a uncapped, untrottled package, I told her that I am getting veryyyyyy bad signal and I am struggling to use the wifi, she checked and told me that I am capped at 10mbps and this is not what I am supposed to have, untrottled means that I can get very high mbps. Before December I was getting anything between 170mbps to 250mbps. I just think that all MTN customers should check up on their WIFI
