Mtn doing *****

I am fed.up with MTN i went to the store, she locked my querie then i message mtn.on facebook and linda hace the nerv to tell me.i owe them but may they took double ony account whixh was 1018 then i reverse it at bank so they can call me and assiting me then with all mails send and calles made nothing was done or sorted so on 26 may i paid the 509 my.monthly subscripsion then this minth they took 3 payment 509 x 3 times R1527 then also tried to reverse and bank could not during lockdown then made alot off calls and mails send nothing was done again i went to mtn store in witbank ans then she also logged it and nothing again then this linda on facebook messanger tells me i owe them money i think the people working there are not quilified for their possition at all neither are they clude up, they can not do calslculations or even check the records i will not pay them a cent anymoore before my account is sorted and theybrefund me back my because if you calculating i have paid 4 months since 1 may the 1st payment i made 26 may after i reverse and they refund me then this month 1527 which gives you 4x 509 and only supose to pay 509 monthly they owe me now 1018 2x payment i will mot tollerate this
