MTN doing clients dirty with Mobiles plus

MTN - I do not understand how you have Mobiles plus as a reseller. This is honestly disgusting. They contact you claiming to be from MTN then tell you the package you are currently on is being restructured and that there is a new one that they can move you to. Asking multiple times they advised that my debit order will remain fixed till the end of my contract with you. They are ******** your very own clients and you are allowing this to happen right under your noses. This makes me sick. I am disgusted that you hand over my details to another company in the first place. Now to get hold of these people is a nightmare and to contact your customer service department they cannot do anything. Now I am left having extra money come off my account because YOU want to do business with a shady company. You really need to reevaluate your standards!
