MTN does't want my business

I have app**** for a data contract on the MTN website. I received an email from MTN on the 9th of December 2020 confirming my apllication had been submitted for approval. And that was it. Not a word from MTN after that. I have sent an email to MTN Customer care, whom asked me for my ID number and cell number. And once again, no reply, feedback or ANYTHING from MTN after that. So what now? now the special is gone, and I don't have my data contract. I have been an MTN client since 1998. Is this how my loyalty gets rewarded after 22 years???
