Mtn doesn't want to stop their contact after their 2 year contract has ended I am being taken to pillar to post

Then what is your procedure when a client is willing to pay this amount?

And doesn't have the full amount? At Hand?

And want avenues do I have to go too because as it stands I have contacted all your departments

And no one can help regarding this matter

And all costs incurred are after the end date of the contract

Can someone stop this contract and let me pay what is outstanding to Mtn please
