MTN DOESN'T WANT TO CANCEL MY WIFI CONTRACT

I took a wifi contract with MTN at southgate Krugersdrop and was not happy with the product. I went to the store to cancel and 7 months down the line, they haven't canceled it. January 2024 went to the store they told me will receive a call from the manager no call through. I went to the store 1st of April 2024 saw the manager he took my details and promised to assist me and call the following day I haven't received a call from him. I will never recommend MTN to anyone cause the day you want to cancel, they will give you the run arounds
