MTN doesn’t want to cancel contract

MTN is ****ming people now. I signed a contract for data with MTN and we agreed on R199.00 for 100 GB but now they sent me a message saying they will debit R606 month. When I called them they said the contract is ending and I told them to cancel the contract then if it ended they are say they will still debit 600 rand for 2 months and I did not sign up for that with MTN I don’t have 600 hence I took data for 200 rand. I’ve called so many people and these are the call references MTN please sort this out: *** the other one: *** and the other one is: *** and they also gave me a ticket no: SR 1–***. Please sort this issue out urgently. I have been a very loyal customer with you, I deserve better than this
