MTN doesnt want my Money?

So I Opened a Contract with MTN for the P30Lite.

They Offered a very Competitive Price. And I never really had Trouble with MTN up until now.

So what happened is The contract was Open'd I received my Mobile Device a week After.

All was Going well Until around 2 Weeks ago When I couldn't Phone out Send or Receive SMS's My Phone Contract was Cancelled.

Obviously this is a little Weird because I know I have money in my Account to pay them, I know that the Rep that phoned me Took down my Debit Details and Asked for a Debit Date ect.

I never received a Email, SMS, Call Stating that I don't have a Debit Running, So I went and had a look And Turns out They Never Deducted the money for my Contract. So This is a Big problem for me. Why?

1. I'm trying to get a Good Credit score thus the Contract, Now I have a Missed payment on my Credit Record This is BAD!

2. How is any of this my Problem? I have the money I am Willing I dont see how I have to struggle

3.I cant use my Phone, Because No data , No Phone Call's, No SmS's

So Obviously I tried to phone them the day I noticed this , All I got was "We are Experiencing Issue's or something " So I figured ooh maybe its not me, But the network I get home and my Girlfriend's Contract sim works Fine as-well as some of my Friend's , So I phone again. This time I try every Possible option to try and get threw to a call agent but every Option either ends on a Self Service line or The call Ending.

So whats the next step? Email them correct, I'm not going into a Store with the Whole Virus thing. So they need to Accommodate that, Because well again How is this my problem?

Anyhow No reply for 3 Day's, So I Decide to send another , Another 2 Days , I Send once Again, No reply for 2 Days, And I start emailing Daily and Phoning Every day for the past week. With no Response.

So Now I have a Contract which The company is not taking money off my account for Giving me a Bad name and labeling me as a "Non Payer" And Eventually will end up With me Being blacklisted And not being Able to Contact the Company.

So In Short Contracts with MtN Bad Idea.
