MTN doesnt value their customers

I've been a loyal MTN client for over 15years now. the last cellphone contract I've had with MTN was over 3 years ago. I paid off the contract, called MTN and asked them to cancel it and they did. I recently tried to apply for an internet contract with the at one of their branches and was told to wait 3-5 working days to receive feedback on my application. days passed and no one bothered calling me, I assume it was because my application was declined. I then called MTN to enquire about my application, one of the agents told me that the application was declined but could not give me the reason why, he asked if id ever had a contract with them before and that maybe it could have been because of this contract I once had with them, they put me through to the contracts department where they checked on their system and told me that my account was handed over to legal and that they had to log a call with them to fin out what the problem was. they then told me again to wait 2-5 working days. I received an SMS saying that my query was resolved but n one called me to tell me what the problem was that was resolved. I called MTN to find out what was the problem and the agent told me that legal said my contract was paid off and I did call them to cancel the contract however there's an outstanding R153 that wasn't paid which doesn't make sense because I paid everything, called and asked them to cancel the contract and they told me the contract was cancelled. this "R153" that they say is outstanding has been sitting with their legal department for over three years and no one even bothered to call me???? what makes it more frustrating is that their agents have a don't care attitude, they didn't seem interested in assisting, the sense of urgency is resolving or escalating queries is not there and they've got bad attitudes. I've been waiting now for almost two weeks for the legal to get back to make regarding this outstanding money issue cause I want to know where it came from. I called in yesterday and the agent just said she couldn't do anything about it and that I just have to wait. I've had it with MTN
