MTN doesnt really care do they

i had a big fall out with mtn. they had their online guys who made a contract to me that i did not request as an upgrade deducting the money without me even knowing i had it and without the router ever been signed for by myself... i found this out when i tried to upgrade at the store in wonderboom. after a major battle this contract was no removed from my name but still money was being deducted from my acount for a pakage that was the old pakage but not the amount originally done. this contract was now over and i wanted it stopped. send emails to MTN wonderboom. i even stopped the debits at my bank. now MTN says i am grey and in arrears. in arrears of what my contract is over. please get your department to call me and not a consultant but a manager. doesnt the staff at mtn know what they do or is it plain spitefullness. contact Iris at MTN wonderboom she has all the info and remove this of my name please.
