MTN doesn't know what they are doing anymore!

I have been trying for a week now to upgrade my phone. When I did get through to MTN they kept on referring me to Mondo and consequently transferring my call to them. They never answered. I eventually dealt with Mondo directly via their website, only to be told that Mondo only deals with new deals NOT upgrades. Why would MTN's upgrade division keep on referring me to Mondo??
