MTN doesn't honour contracts. their complaints department is non-existent
In September 2017 MTN ran a data promotion promising 20gig data and another 20gig night data for the first 2000 customers to sign up.
I signed up for this through MTN direct but have not received any of the promised data under this package. I have lodged complaints since September but have not received any response.
