MTN doesn't deserve to be in business.

I write this review on behalf of my son. On 28-04 he reported a *****ulence on his account. Since then there have been 6 communications with no response let alone any action. Is every MTN employee ***********, lazy, uncaring, or what? Is this what a "reputable" company looks like, or behaves towards clients? This is beyond shameful and disgraceful! The ticket number is 639118.
