MTN DOESN'T CARE NOR CONSIDER THEIR CUSTOMERS IN THE WAY THEY CONDUCT THEIR BUSINESSES

I have been using my MTN number for 14byears and due to Nano Sims had to do a sim swap to able to keep my number but MTN has been falling to get this done for me for almost 3 years. Eventually decided to use my number for WhatsApp only since they I'm not getting any joy with MTN-from their call center to stores.Today I wake up to find that my number has been registered on another phone. Sent a text to my number from a friend's phone only go the guy to tell me that MTN gave him this number to use. Don't they check before they issue out a number. I'm a mother and my daughter could have sent a location or a private text to a complete stranger and be in harms way. I'm so Angry and disappointed with this Network.in a time like this in our country where so many things happen to Women and Children they fail to do any checks to avoid putting their customers in harms way. MTN doesn't consider nor accommodate their customers.
