MTN doesnt care

I was charged R400 on my last billing for data.I have explained to MTN that I had bought data to avoid this and further there was no sms updates on the usage. They keep coming back to me with excuses. This is outstanding more than 15 days. They advise I changed my out of bundle usage limit however this was done after this. Reference number ***. I want a refund
