MTN Doesn't care about their security

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experiences with MTN. Despite numerous complaints, issues with unauthorized opening of credits persist, raising serious security concerns. It's baffling how someone could bypass my fingerprint authentication for credit approval.

To add to my frustration, I encountered multiple debit errors, resulting in double charges this month. This not only left me with a negative balance but also triggered additional charges. The financial inconvenience caused by these errors is unacceptable.

I hope MTN addresses these issues promptly and improves their services to avoid similar incidents. My dissatisfaction with the service has reached a point where I'm compelled to share my experience for others to be aware.
