Mtn doesn't care about their customers. They fail to help customers

Mtn is a ****ty network that doesn't care about their customers, all they care about is money. Iv been trying to get a contract Sim swap for over 3 weeks now but mtn is failing to help me. They keep taking me back and forth, from mtn outlets to mtn customer care but still no help, I'm On the phone everyday trying to get help but nothing, yet I'm expected to pay every month for the services I don't get. I wouldnt recommend mtn to anyone
