MTN DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS

Very unsatisfied customer. Took out two mobile contracts from mtn last week cause it was on special Day go by and a didn't receive the Sim cards by courier. So I call mtn to find out about my delivery they told me my contract has been canceled cause of a error. postedcode. I told them that they can listen to the voice recording every thing was in order. MTN haven't tried to contact me when the problem acures in any way via email, phone, sms nothing. Now they told me I can take out a new contract that will cost me R400 more a month.As a house hold we have many contracts with mtn and I Will cancel them one by one if this is not sorted out..
