MTN doesnt care about sim swaps

Pathetic service! Tried to report attempted *****, prevent sim swap. After phoning the 083135 and trying all options to speak to someone, was eventually tols to phone *136# on my cell then choose option 3 option 6 option 6 - option 3 is Mtn play and NO option 6 exists. So glad to know MTN keen to prevent ***** sim swaps!!!! Appalling service, they know its a huge problem yet make it almost impossible to prevent.
