MTN doesn't care about customers just money!
I am very disappointed in the service I receive from MTN. I no longer get service at work. And I get emails saying you will suspend my service if I don't make payment. I made payment yesterday. I feel like I need to contact ICASA because I am paying for a service that has not been fixed going on three weeks. Is customer satisfaction not a worry anymore?
