mtn doesn't care about customers

mtn just doesn't care about its clients. ive been many years with mtn but there business model of late ,ive been due for an upgrade now for more then 6 months ,with mtn stringing me along with promises of waiting for stock. i only want the iphone SE 256gb as i have an iphone 256gb already. only after recently talking directly with apple store i was explained that mtn system doesnt have the product code for apple to do an upgrade. and opposition gave it available. ive phoned several times ,including head office. ive posted twice on mtn facebook .i dont understand why they would rather have clients migrate then contacting the clients and resolving the problem
