Mtn doesn't care about customers.

I have a data contract with mtn and lost data sim card with phone and I want R150,00 for sim swop but I'm still paying my contract and is up to date.why sim swop is so expensive and I'm paying R209,00 for my data sim card contract and what I'm sure of is that if I pay this R150 for sim swop, I won't get the unused data from November 2021 to now January 2023.
