MTN doesn’t care about customer service

For the past 6 months I have been trying to contact the MTN Legal department to no avail.

MTN handed me over to Saya Recoveries for a debt I was not aware of as I has cancelled my contract with them. I paid Saya Recoveries and they are unable to assist me with a paid up letter because MTN has recalled my debt. I was advised to contact MTN and I had done so but with no response from MTN. Instead MTN has now handed me over to Nimble Solutions and I cannot reach anyone from MTN to understand why.
