MTN doesn't care about customer service at all ❗️❗️❗️❗️

I have logged multiple complaints about being over charged this month, even emailed the CEO and not a single person has responded. I have lodged a formal complaint with CGSA. I will lodge a complaint with ICASA and NCC next. I won't let this slide, you breached the agreement and now I have to pay for your mistakes.
