MTN doesn't care 9 days without help

Day 9 MTN still struggling to reconnect my phone and they are not even giving me any alternative. How long does it take to do the reconnection.

Day 10 my cellphone is still disconnected being I'm being made a fool for the 10th time now believing what you telling me but dololo change. Honestly can you stop making me a fool and empty promises I'm tired now.
