MTN DOESN'T CARE!!!

So MTN has been sending out messages and calling since 2019 November asking me to upgrade! I held off because I want the S20 phone. I preordered and got everything in place just for them to tell me lies about delivery and the courier company is responsible now etc. I can't cancel the (2 day old upgrade - no phone or anything) because I did it via MTN direct and they only work M-F 8-5 so I will HAVE to wait until Monday to do ANYTHING. What is the ****** use of preordering and upgrading online and before time then??? I would have FAAAAR LESS frustration if I just went in store and did everything there!!! MTN only greedy for money!
