MTN Doesnt Care

I Tried moving over a sim-card from contract to prepaid for months now, iv phoned them countless times and the attitude is just that they don't want to help you ,they just inform you the request has been sent through and that there is nothing else they can do. in store the service wasn't any better, from there no contacted me in any way. They just ignore you as if they hope to lose good clients. <br> Im Disgusted by the attitudes and way they deal with clients, wont do business with them again.
