MTN DOESNT CARE
I have laid a complaint in an MTN store to which I was credited with R572. No one called me to explain anything to me. But mainly my issue is the amount I'm being billed. My usage limit is set to R1 but I'm being charged in excess of R1500-R2500 a month and for reasons I don't even know. The sales consultant in MTN even told me I'm being ****** and MTN should repay every extra cent they stole from me. I'm tired of MTN and if notthing happens from this....I guess I'm going to fight till the end.
