MTN doesn’t cancel your contract even when the time is there. No. No they let you pay an EXTRA 3 MONTHS to cancel your contract, even when you phoned the exact day they told you to.

I have an MTN internet bundle since last year April. I wanted to cancel my contract since I have wifi at home. I went to the store just for them to tell me they can’t help me I should phone them. I called in March to end it in April. They told me to phone them on the 18th of April because that is when my contract stops. I phoned 18 April and they said they will put it through and that I should please call back on Monday. I called on Monday, they DID NOT CANCEL it, please phone back Tuesday (today). And so I did. Now they will cancel it only in June, so I still need to pay 3 months? Why can’t they just cancel it when a client asks them to? I feel like being ******.
