Mtn doesn’t answer calls so they can keep billing us!

I am absolutely disappointed with MTNs customer service. I have made countless phone calls to their call centre to cancel a Contract, However, everytime I call, I’m transferred to the next person ! Most of the time, the cancelations department doesn’t answer the phone . I have Been transferred over 10 times and waited online more than an hour each time and yet no response! I am supposed to pay for a contract that has now expired and can’t seem to cancel it completely becuase of the pathetic *********** staff that have no idea how to cancel a simple contract!
