MTN doesn't give a damn!!!!

I am an mtn customer for 10 years now. Every 2 years when my contract is up for renewal I call 808 and get thru to retentions who then offer me an incentive to stay on with mtn rather than move to their competitors. Last week Monday I called the customer care and the imbersal who couldn't even talk properly barked at me saying that detentions no linger interacts with the public(yet my money pays them), anyway I left a message with my request. I called on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday again and was repeatedly told that retentions didn't respond. Its Tuesday again and still nothing? I wonder if mtn has been plagued with the current government. Disgusting mtn! Kicking loyal customers like this and such horrible attitude will surely drop URL one day! I am now considering moving over to vodacom now!
