MTN doesn't allocate payments and keeps my lines blocked

For more than 2 months my lines stay blocked and my account handed over to the legal department as MTN never allocated any payments I made. After sending all the proofs of payment and after many tedious phone calls my lines stay blocked. Every time the consultant on the other side says an email will be sent to the legal department and I will be contacted within 24-48 hours, it has been weeks NO CALL or EMAIL! have come to the conclusion my money is no good at MTN and I refuse to make a single further payment into the black hole. I am cancelling my contracts regardless of the contract agreement I have with MTN as MTN is in breach of contract. I have paid but am refused my data so I am not obliged to keep the contracts. If I pay and don't receive service then the contracts mean nothing. Unless someone fixes this problem within the next 24 hours consider my contracts cancelled.

My previous two posts have gone unheard. I revoke my acceptance of apologies as they were done in the hope that someone will attend to my matter which it has now been brushed to the side.
I have given you my details twice yet I am still not contacted by MTN.
I wasinformed by the store that my lines are open but this is NOT the case. I am still unable to access my data and my account stays with legal! What is going on!?? Why is the money I paid STILL NOT ALLOCATED?
I demand a credit for the time I was forced to be offline due to MTN's incompetency to resolve my payments and I am also demanding a credit for the data usage I was charged for even though I requested the lines to be top up as well as any usage limits to be set to zero. It has come under my attention that that is why my last bill was higher than what I usually pay. I set the limits to zero as per the request of the consultant when I upgraded the contracts but MTN has gone and reset them to be open again. Unacceptable. I refuse to pay for what I was not signed up to pay for. Again, MTN is in breach of the contract as per the consumer act. You cannot charge me for what I did not sign for and you cannot hold my accounts closed if I have already paid.
Your urgent attention to this matter is now crucial as I am going to cancel my contracts as I am well aware I am in my full right as MTN cannot honour their part of the contract.

In addition, I have called 808 moments ago and spoke to a consultant who has confirmed that my account is indeed still with legal and that I have to pay a now NEW additional amount of R104. Why am I forced to pay for an invoice that has not been sent out yet. The invoice in question to be paid for is only due on 1 September 2016, it is now the 19th of August 2016. Now my accounts stay with legal til a future dated invoice is paid 12 days before its due date. I am in my full right to pay an account when it is infact due and not a minute before. I will be going to the MTN store this afternoon to start the cancellation process. Your legal department has caused me harm for higher purchase as I am unable to open an account anywhere as I have been handed over.
I have contacted a lawyer to assist with this matter.
