MTN! does your 135 Customer line even work? horrible horrible service.

i have been trying to get assistance for a while and havent been able to contact your customer service. it takes forever to even get a chance to be put through to speak to a consultant. i received a message saying i was helped by Mashudu Mathebula but i NEVER spoke to this person nor did they even answer the phone. does it really have to be so hard to get help from mtn? does your customer care line even work, cause all phonecalls and messages are automated to not forward you to speak to an actual person.
